Return & Exchange Policy

SolitaireJewelers.com is dedicated to providing a joyfull jewelry purchasing experience and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

  • Returns and exchanges are permitted within 15 days from the purchase date for jewelry and watches.
-Jewelry must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition with all original tags, certificates and accessories. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of jewelry.
-Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, tags, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
  • Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special orders and engraved items.
  • Returns or exchanges not allowed on items without sales receipt.
  • Store credits are issued to original purchaser with original sales receipt, minus shipping and handling or other additional costs.
  • Store credits are not transferable.
  • Store credits are not redeemeable for cash.
  • Store credits are good for merchandise only, and do not apply to shipping fees or jewelry services.
  • Store credits are valid for 2 years from the date store credits are issued.
  • Returns and Exchanges can be mailed or at our Honolulu retail store location.
  • In case of a need of a return, contact our customer service at the contact us page, to get a return number.
  • Only returns with a customer service issued return number will be accepted.

Return By Mail
Please note that items purchased at Solitaire Jewelers Retail Store may NOT be returned by mail.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact our customer service immediately at the contact us page for assistance.
  2. Please read the information on your original packing slip.
  3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original sales receipt and packing slip.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  5. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

  6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to be able to track the package.
  7. You can expect a store credit within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

In-store Returns
For your convenience, returns and exchanges for online purchases can be made at Solitaire Jewelers Retail Location, at:

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Place the item securely in the original package.
  2. Enclose the original packing slip and the sales receipt with the item.
  3. All products must be returned in original condition, in original boxes, with original receipt, all documents (Diamond Certificates, Watch Manuals,etc...), and accessories to ensure acceptance of the return.
  4. Take the package to Solitaire Jewelers retail store location.
  5. The store associate will process your return. Store credit will be issued to the same original purchaser. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be credited.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Have the store credit number handy.

  2. Shopping online or at our store location, select the product or the products you would like have.
  3. during the check out enter the store credit number under store credits. On our store location, present the store associate with your store credit number during check out.
