Do you offer Diamond certification?
Yes, Solitaire offers a large inventory of GIA certified diamonds as well as diamonds certified by EGL USA and AGS. Also, we do offer diamond certification and in house appraisals. Please contact us for assistance. We will explain to you the difference between different diamond certification laboratories and help you get the certified diamond of your choice.
Does Solitaire Provide Jewelry Services?
Solitaire is a full service jeweler. We provide a large variety of services from jewelry design, jewelry repairs, custom design, gemstone re-cutting, diamond certification, appraisals, insurance replacement, & more. Does Solitaire offer watch service and repair?
Yes, Solitaire offers watch services that varies from simple battery replacement to complete overhaul & refinishing, for most major Swiss brands, like Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Vacheron & Constantine, Bvlgari, Omega, etc... Please bring in your timepiece for servicing, complete overhaul, battery replacement, or refinishing at our retail location.
Does Solitaire Provide assistance with Engagement Rings shopping?
Solitaire expert staff is delighted to walk you thru the process of picking the perfect engagement ring and diamond for you. We will take the time to explain the difference in styles, functionality, diamond grades; to help you select that special engagement ring at the best value for your budget.
Are there different sizes rings available?
When you browse rings on SolitaireJewelers.com, you will be shown the size (or sizes) in which a ring is available. If you require a size other than the ring size shown, please remember:
- Not all rings can be resized; eternity rings with a number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands, some silver rings, or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be re-sized.
- Sizing charges may apply in some cases.
- Ring sizing requires additional business days.

Do you offer engraving?
Solitaire Jewelers offers engraving on select merchandise. It can take up to ten business days for this service. For a price quote on specific engraving requests, please contact us.
Does Solitaire have a trade-in policy?
Yes, you can trade-in your jewelry for other jewelry items. You may trade-in your diamonds, diamond jewelry, gold, silver, or fine watches for cash or merchandise.
Solitaire trained staff will carefully inspect and evaluate every piece you wish to sell or trade and we assure you that we treat the smallest item with the same attention and consideration as the most valuable heirloom piece.
Once your jewelry has been evaluated, a cash offer will be presented to you with the option of immediate payment or merchandise trade.
We have no restrictions on the value of the trade. Please visit our retail location for help.
Can I Upgrade my Diamond at Solitaire?
Yes, any diamond that you purchase from Solitaire Jewelers and SolitaireJewelers.com qualifies for a full value diamond upgrade. Here is how it works, (example, if you have purchased a diamond from Solitaire for $5000.00, and now you wish to upgrade your diamond to a larger size or higher grade diamond at a higher value, Solitaire would take your original diamond and credit you the full amount of $5000.00 towards your new diamond).
In the event which, you have a diamond that was not originally purchased from Solitaire and you wish to upgrade it with us, then the trade in policy would apply.
